S.P.A.M.A Sociedad Protectora De Animales Y Medio Ambiente Safor Probably the largest Spanish registered charity in Valencia. We are one of the few to be recognised by the R.S.P.C.A. We are self funding and operate by obtaining contracts with the Ayuntamientos of the towns and villages of the Safor region to collect abandoned animals normally sent to Valencia to a certain death. Our policy is never to destroy healthy animals and we work towards rehoming them wherever possible.
